These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the PBX Guard platform. Creating an account and/or using the service constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
PBX Guard provides SaaS services for monitoring and managing 3CX PBX systems. Features and technical characteristics may evolve for security, compliance, or service improvement purposes.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported without undue delay.
4. Data and privacy
Data processing conditions are described in the Privacy Policy and are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory legal provisions, PBX Guard and DMZ Services are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as provided in applicable contractual documents.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with your billing settings. PBX Guard may suspend or restrict access in case of material breach, abusive use, or legal requirement.
