These Terms of Service govern your use of the Metrilane platform. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
Metrilane provides a SaaS platform for monitoring and managing 3CX PBX systems. The services are described on the website and may be updated. Subscription plans and pricing are available on the Pricing page.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. We process data in compliance with the GDPR.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Metrilane and DMZ Services shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases.
