Activation
SaaS access is enabled after account creation and successful payment validation, subject to technical and security checks.
Dedicated Resources
Where dedicated infrastructure is included, provisioning starts after order validation and is generally completed within an indicative one-business-day timeframe, excluding exceptional constraints.
Support Window
Delivery follow-up and onboarding assistance are provided according to your subscribed plan and applicable support commitments.
